By using this website, you agree to these terms. The public site provides provider experiences and sending guides. Live rate/fee comparison is a separate developing service; any comparison demonstration uses clearly labelled simulated examples.

CrossNest provides general information, not personal financial advice. Consider your circumstances and confirm all pricing, eligibility, delivery estimates and terms directly with the provider before acting.

No transfer service

CrossNest is not a bank or remittance provider and does not hold or transmit customer funds. Any transfer is entered into with the selected third-party provider under that provider’s terms.

Developing platform

Transfer updates, travel, property and agentic AI capabilities described on this website form part of the CrossNest development roadmap unless clearly identified as available. Future travel and property information will remain general information and will not replace licensed financial, legal, migration, property or travel advice.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to present information carefully, but rates, fees, promotions, availability and delivery estimates can change without notice. We do not guarantee that information is complete, current or error-free, or that the website will always be available.

Community reviews

Provider reviews describe individual experiences and do not establish current provider performance or a guaranteed transfer outcome. Submit only your own experience. Do not include another person’s private information, account details, abusive content or promotional material. CrossNest reviews submissions before publication and may reject or remove content that does not meet these standards. A published review is not a CrossNest endorsement of a provider. Our review publication policy explains publication, reports, corrections, removal and appeals; use private review help when in-page reporting is unavailable.

Commercial relationships

CrossNest may receive referral compensation from a provider. Where applicable, commercial relationships and sponsored placements will be clearly disclosed. Compensation does not guarantee a provider a particular organic ranking.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CrossNest is not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative information, third-party services or external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
