Provider experiences
Review publication policy

What reviews represent
CrossNest collects first-hand experiences of money-transfer providers. The supported transfer route is shown in the review form. A listing is not an endorsement, an approved partnership or a current quote. Reviews describe individual experiences, not guaranteed delivery or current provider performance. CrossNest does not hold or transfer funds.
Who can contribute
When contributions are open, sign in and submit your own experience using the correct provider and corridor. The first release allows one review per account and provider. Account sign-in does not independently verify a transfer. We do not treat submitted star ratings as a reliable provider-wide score.
The same criteria for every rating
New reviews wait for moderation. Positive, mixed and negative experiences are assessed for first-hand relevance, privacy, abuse, manipulation, disclosure and duplicate content. Criticism, a low rating or a provider disagreement is not by itself a reason to reject or remove a review.
We may hold a review for clarification, reject it under these criteria or remove published content for a recorded policy reason. We do not change a rating or rewrite an author’s meaning to favour a provider. Substantive corrections require author confirmation and another assessment before publication.
What to include and leave out
Describe what happened: broad timing, fee clarity, payout or support. Disclose any incentive, employment, family connection or commercial relationship with the provider in your review text. Do not include account numbers, credentials, transfer references, recipient details, private contact details or information identifying individual staff.
Threats, harassment, hate, impersonation, advertising, fabricated experiences, copied reviews and provider-written testimonials presented as a customer’s own account are ineligible. CrossNest does not offer rewards for favourable ratings. A disclosure does not make a fabricated experience eligible.
Reports and provider complaints
When in-page reporting is available, use “Report this review” to flag spam, personal information, abuse, misleading content or another concern. A report starts an assessment; it does not prove the review false or guarantee removal. Provider complaints use the same criteria, without disclosing private reviewer information.
If in-page reporting is paused or you cannot sign in, use private review help. New-review and report availability can be paused for maintenance or moderation capacity; this does not close the whole website.
Author corrections, removal and appeals
For a pending or rejected review, correction, removal request or appeal, use private review help. Include the provider and review title or public page link, and write from the email associated with your review account when possible. We check ownership privately before an author change and record the decision. Do not send unredacted receipts, identification documents, account credentials or recipient details.
Explain which publication criterion you want reconsidered. We assess the request and communicate privately. A request does not promise automatic deletion, and public removal is distinct from retention of private moderation records. In the founder-led launch, the same moderator may reconsider a decision; independent appeal review is not promised.
Commercial relationships and limitations
Publication decisions do not depend on affiliate approval or study quotas. Relevant commercial relationships and sponsored content must be disclosed. Provider listings do not imply affiliation. Confirm current rates, fees, eligibility and payout terms directly with the provider before sending.
