Private review help

For a report, correction, removal request or appeal, email partnerships@crossnest.com.au. This route is also available while new reviews and in-page reports are paused.

Include the provider and review title or public page link. For an author request, use your review-account email where possible; we check ownership privately. Do not send account numbers, payment credentials, transfer references, identification documents or recipient details. Review help is not a provider transfer-support or emergency service.
