Overview

This policy explains how CrossNest handles personal information collected through this website. CrossNest is an Australian sole trader business, ABN 51 034 338 097.

Information we collect

We may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, transfer-corridor preference, optional transfer frequency and the contents of an enquiry. We do not request bank account, recipient, payment-card or identity-document details through the early-access form. Basic technical information may also be processed by our hosting service for security, reliability and aggregate website measurement.

How we use information

We use information to manage early-access invitations, send product and corridor updates you requested, respond to enquiries, operate and secure the website, improve CrossNest and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. You may unsubscribe from beta updates at any time by contacting us.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” CrossNest may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate page visits, traffic sources and interactions with provider-review pages, transfer guides and the private comparison beta. Analytics remains off until you consent, and CrossNest respects supported browser “Do Not Track” settings. We do not send your exact transfer amount, bank details or recipient details to website analytics. Transfer amounts are grouped into broad ranges for aggregate journey measurement. You can clear your browser storage to reset your choice.

Private beta feedback

If you submit feedback on the comparison beta, we store your Yes or No response and any optional comment you choose to provide. The feedback form does not request your name or email address. Do not include bank details, recipient information or other personal information in your comment.

Provider reviews

If you create an account to share a provider review, Firebase Authentication handles sign-in through Google or your email and password. We store your account identifier with your submitted review for moderation and to prevent duplicate submissions. If approved, your chosen public name, rating, title, review text, provider, transfer corridor and submission date are shown publicly. Your email address, account identifier and moderation notes are not part of the public review. Please do not include names, account numbers, transfer references or recipient details in the review text. Reports and private review-help requests are used for moderation, ownership checks, corrections, removal and appeals; report details and moderator notes are not published. Provider links

CrossNest may link to independent provider websites. Their privacy practices apply once you leave CrossNest. Do not send bank login details, payment card details, identity documents or API credentials through our contact email.

Storage and disclosure

Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, communications and security. We take reasonable steps to limit access and retain information only as needed for its purpose or legal requirements.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or request deletion where legally available. Contact partnerships@crossnest.com.au.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service develops. The latest version and date will remain available on this page.
